The Organization was founded in February 2005.  

    The main reason which caused the setting of the Organization is the complete absence of an ideology which would suit interests of the civil society today. The inability of the governmental bodies to answer very simple questions is the consequence of the gap between themselves and the interests of the working people. A huge difference in the incomes and expenses for people and the governing officials leads to the split in the society. This is a barrier for the progressive evolutionary development and causes dangerous situations such as revolutions; to suppress such as situations all the governmental bodies of repressions are to be involved.

    The young generation having learned the information technology is now in a kind of ideological vacuum. The politicians are interested in bringing up obedient robots but not intellectuals able to control clever machines to benefit the society. We are organizing fresh intellectual powers on the basis of the Progressive Technologism ideology, which is stated on the official site of the Organization, to change the existing flawed system. To let anyone influence the one who rules. So that the process of getting the power would not be associated with lie and crimes but be as a system excluding such things.
